How much time will it take to deliver my products?

After placing your order, there are two steps that start off.

Processing time:

Verification of order, quality check and packing of the order. All the received orders are then sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours. The manufacturers and postal service process the orders, and it takes around 2-4 days more.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Few items will arrive collectively, while others may reach separately.

Can I return my products?

Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since your order was received, then unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your products.
If your product is in the same condition as you received it, and it must also be in the same packing then it is suitable for the return. The customer is also responsible for the return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty then please contact us.

Is your website secure to use?

Yes, absolutely. We use SSL (secure socket layer) to make sure that all of your data is encoded and kept safe at all times.

Shipping Policy

Our aim is to provide you with best shipping options, it doesn’t matter where you live. We deliver to tons of customers daily across the globe, with the guarantee to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time period of delivering the order has been divided into two procedure:

Shipping time:

This applies to the time it takes the item/product to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take almost 4-7 days to reach to the customers within United States and 4-13 days to around the globe.
If more than 7 days have passed for order shipped in United States and 13 days have passed for order shipped to around the globe, then please contact us to review the status of your order. Reimbursements will be handled via email if essential.

Returns policy

Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since your order was received, then unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your products.

Sale item (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to exchange it for the same item, then please contact with us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and is directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once we received the return item, a gift certificate will be sent you via email.


Other than that if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order dispatched to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified about the return.
