Does not strip THHN wire. Strips very fine, flexible wire as well as solid conductor. Simple, precise stripping and cutting of fine wires and solid round cables with a wide capacity range between 28 to 6 AWG (0.08 to 16 mm2). Semi-circular grooved jaws hold the wire firmly in place as the parabolic blade removes the outer insulation.
